When the rebuilding of earthmover tyres takes place, the raw materials are made for the specific tyre and then fed into an extruder. This remixes the raw rubber and extrudes it as a ribbon. The temperature of the rubber is dropped as the ribbon runs along a line of rollers which ends at the stripwinder’s building head. The stripwinder’s building head applies the rubber onto the buffed casing under extremely high pressure until the exact amount needed for retreading is in place.

The most modern and fully automatic equipment is used in the hot reproduction of earthmover and tractor tyres, guaranteeing the best quality.
